Text Outline?

Following on from Skeeps topic, I know you can edit text so that it has not got a fill - it has an outline and an "inline" ie:



and this can be edited inside the work editing box. However, can you explode this text so that the outline and "inline" are polylines or similar?

Obviously once exploded, this text wouldnt not be able to be edited.

You should be able to explode text in AutoCAD 2005. Look under the Express Menu/Text/Explode Text.

I can't vouch for how well it works or what surprises may await you but give it a try.
