User guides for Civil 3D: Roads and pipes

I'm just learning Civil 3D 2007, and it has some serious changes from map 2005. I'm trying to get a handle on the road and pipes bits, and was wondering if anyone has a better tutorial than the one found in the user guide/getting started guide I got from Autocad?

You might want to consider purchasing a book. The one I have in mind is:

Harnessing AutoDesk Civil 3D 2007 by Phillip J. Zimmerman.

It can be purchased through Amazon.com for approx. $40 (U.S.).
