    Yes and maybe yes. Whay version are you wanting to run? 2002 runs just fine (in most cases). 2000 and 2000i do as well but you might have to install with some type of older windows compatibility installer. I have not tested it myself due to the fact that I will upgrade from win2000 pro when they pry it from my cold dead fingers Anyway check with www.autodesk.com. Good luck!

    I've once heard something about changing the compatibility in the file properties to Win2K and it would work under XP...
