I know that this is'nt a job board but after teaching myself a lot about CAD programs I am now looking into finding some paid work. I was wondering if anybody would help me out with the best way to find a position as a CAD tech or how I can get my foot in the door as you would say! I live in London and would love to hear from anybody that might be able to help me. Thanks.

Your best bet would be to approach job agencies that specialise in IT and CAD. There are plenty in London. Not sure what sector you're in but for architecture, try http://www.siv.co.uk or http://www.walbrook.co.uk
Tip: Please do not PM or email me with CAD questions - use the forums, you'll get an answer sooner.
