It is downloadable from: http://www.cocreate.com/modeling_pe_landing.cfm The software will allow the user to create assemblies up to 60 parts. Check it out. The company has .mi files but not ME10 software they come from. That link above redirects me to CoCreate but can't find the dl link. Anyone know some about this? Look to the right where it says "Demo & Tech Tips". They don't let you download a freebie any more.
