AutoCad 2006

It's supposed by using the "sheet set manager" you can add "named viewports" to a new drawing's paper space. By that, AutoCad automatically add a "Label block" related to the named viewport (cross-reference sheet views). Unfortunately when I try it, AutoCad doesn't add the "label block". My idea is to generate a cross-reference between a plan's sheet and a elevation's sheet. I followed the instructions step by step, but it didn't worked out.

Is there any other way to generate a cross-reference?
Am I missing something?
Any suggestions?
