I don't think you can, it would have to be something drawn manually. It would be nice to find out if it's possible, though.
This has been covered before, and I recently asked this question as well.
Dbroada, one of the dimensions shown up there IS aligned.
Salmoon, you need to type "dimstyle" into the command line and select the appropriate dimensions (start out using aligned dims, don't use linear). Then choose Oblique from the options shown and type either 30 or -30 (one of those will give you your desired results). If you want your text to do the same then you need to make two different dimstyles. One style's text will have an oblique angle of 30 and the other will have an oblique angle of -30. To do this select "Style..." from the Dimension drop down list. Then click new and name your new dimension style. Click "Continue" and under the "Text" tab click the "..." button next to the Text Style drop down list. Then enter 30 in the Oblique box. Do the same for -30.
Edit: Does LT allow all of this?????
Look at menu item Dimension - Oblique. Select what you're calling "Angular Dimension" and enter 90 for obliquing angle.
Edit: It looks like I'm too late
try
Command: ded (dimedit)
DIMEDIT
Enter type of dimension editing
[Home/New/Rotate/Oblique] <Home>: o
Select objects: 1 found
Select objects:
Enter obliquing angle (press ENTER for none): 90
while we are on the topic of dimensions, how do i draw a dimension with no text attached to it? say iv a bit long note and i just wanna use mtext next to the dimension?
But you can use Mtext in dimensionns! Start the DIMLINEAR command, click the two points you wish to dimension and -before you click the location of the dimension line- press M (meaning MTEXT). The MTEXT editor appears and you can enter any text. Also you may delete the default dimension and add a space. In this way you will get an empty dimension.
In the future please start a new thread if you have a question.
It's nice to be nice, but sometimes is nicer to be evil!.

Just dimension as per normal.
Then type ED and click on dimension.
You can then change dimension to another dimension or just a note.
I use this all the time as I need to get the guys on site to check dimensions.
