Default need these done by monday at 7:30 A.M.

I need help with these drawings. I need them done by 7:30 A.M. and saved in the DWG format (.dwg). There are two pictures there. the front side one has the directions if you can't see them. I think a picture enlarger will do the trick. If you still can't see it, then respond and I'll tell you the directions. If you can't do it but you know HOW to do it, then post steps.

And by the way, I only need 4 pictures (2 from the front and 2 from the back) each of them needs to be drawn in 3 views (front, top, and right-side). The other info is in the front side picture.

You might find the following link an interesting read.....

    http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=13024

You will find that the members here are only too happy to help you by explaining how to do it.....but we will not do it for you.

I'm, sorry....I can't help you at the moment....I'm at home (no acad on my home computer).

Lamentofking...If you can't do this stuff then you need to drop the class and start over again...This is beginner's beginning stuff...If I did this as you ask..and you turn it in ,you would get a A for a grade..Now the next assignment is going to be tougher...What are you going to do..? Come back here and ask for more??..I am glad that my heart doctor didn't go thru school the way you are trying to..

When did we become an emergency drafting service? Is the pay good? What about the benefits?

lamentofking, I have to agree with New2CADmike. This assignment is absolute basics. I suggest you use whatever text you have to look into orthographic projection. Depending on where in the world you are, you'll either use 1st angle or 3rd angle projection. The instructions seem fairly straight foward.

Guys. This is my FIRST set of autoCAD drawings and I CAN'T drop out of the class and I CAN'T start over. Honestly, you guys act like I don't think of all of these things. I never said I wanted someone to do the work for me so I can turn it in for an A. I said I needed help with them. I said SHOW me how to do them so I can know how to do it better next time. My teacher doesn't explain things well.

How about this? Since when I ask for help, it turns into someone thinking that I'm cheating, this will be my first and last time asking for help. Now may I please receive some assistance?

Ok. Maybe I didn't make myself clear. i am CLUELESS on how to do them. And if dmsee can get shown how to do his, then why not me?

Ah, Now we finally get to the root of it all. You saw Dmsee get a free ride from someone who obviously didn't think of the consequences of his actions, so now you and every other student who comes here thinks that they can do the same. It doesn't work that way around here. You need to make an effort. Do you mean to tell us that you have sat in class all semester and have not learned one thing? We all know that if we do these drawings for you, then you will just turn them in tomorrow as your own. We are not stupid. These drawings are very basic and if you paid attention in class, you should be able to knock these drawings out in no time. You will learn nothing if we do the work for you.

Also, don't get all upset and say things like "I'm never going to come here again." You will learn, if you stick around, that this is the single greatest Cad resource on the web. Cutting off contact with us is like cutting off your legs. Don't do it!

As I said in my reply to your other post, ask specific questions and we will help you. Ask us to do the work for you and you will get very negative respones. Was I right?

You are not asking questions. We can't help you if you don't ask questions. Dmsee did not get shown how to do anything. He just got his work done for him. He learned nothing and will be in the same predicament next time.

Make an effort, start drawing, ask questions when you get stuck. It's really very simple.

lament, had you not put a deadline up, and had you asked in the right way from the start, there would have been five different people that would have helped ya.

we will all still help you for your future projects, as long as you do it the right way.... that's all we ask. we all love AutoCAD and love helping others. so take this as a lesson learned, come back to us when you need help again, but approach all us correctly and we all will be MORE than willing to teach/help you with this stuff.

after looking at the files, yeah dude... that's some EASY stuff. lol....

It sounds like CADTutor will have to create a special forum for these requests. :-)

It's nice to be nice, but sometimes is nicer to be evil!
Tip: Please do not PM or email me with CAD questions - use the forums, you'll get an answer sooner.

I need to ask questions? Isn't that part of telling me how to do it? Well anyway, how do I get the colors on the lines and such?
