Default MS Excel table to Autocad

Is there any way I can get a table from excel, containing x and y coordinates, to autocad in the form of a graph or a drawing? Of course, I could do it manually, but that would take me a couple of hours, and the job would be really boring.
The table consists of two columns and a number of rows, each row representing a coordinate.

You can copy/paste your chart from excel to autocad and it will be an OLE object. If you Paste Link (Edit > Paste special) it will be linked to the excel file.
