I am after a way to do a global change of dim styles in a selected window. I am currnently using AutoCAD 2007
You could use qselect and then CH (change)
After you select the dimension objects, just select another style from the list of your available Styles. It is the center drop down list on the STYLES toolbar.

Or you could create a new dim style, set it as current, then type
DIM UPDATE
then select the dimensions you want to update (draw a frame around them - it's ok if you select objects other than just the dimensions), or type ALL if you want to change all dimensions in the drawing to the new style, and press Enter (or space).
