I am still having trouble with these pesky line labels.

I need for the degrees, minutes, and seconds to have two
digits all of the time whether it is a single digit number or not

    Example:

    I want this: N01°07'23"W

    I currently get this: N1°7'23"W

    Any suggestions?

Even with DIMAZIN system variable, AutoCAD always has had trouble annotating angles the way surveyors need them to be, i.e. with leading zeroes

Either you learn to live with it, or get some lisp written for you, or explode the text and manually put in the characters you want.

For those of us who use the Whole Circle Bearing annotation even the degrees should have three characters, so the label should be 001°07'23"
