Lost file & edit menu in Inventor 10

Working in Inventor 10 one of my students has managed to lose the Menu bar which includes : File Edit View Insert Format Tools Convert Applications Windows Web and Help.
How do I restore this as i cant find anyway so far?

have you right clicked any of the toolbars? that should bring up a list to turn it back on - if it's turned off

if it's been moved off the screen, there was a thread about this a couple of days ago that solved that one

Sorry Strix, tried that there appears to be no menu turned off and its definatley not on the screen anywhere, either under exisiting menus or at edge of screen. I cannot even find out what this menu is called.

oops - I should read more carefully - it's not a toolbar

is it in your display settings?
Sorry I don't know how to get there without clicking my way through the menu you don't have!
