    Default Maniuplating my materials

Ive created some of my own materials in photoshop and imported them into AutoCAD.How do I change the scale of the pattern of my material? How do I rotate the pattern on my model?Ive looked at adjusting the bitmap scale in the render material dialogue box,but it gives me parculiar results, for instance my brick petterend wall will loose some of its pattern consistency and a few lines of bricks then join together.Anyway I'm pretty pleased that I can now add my own custom materials to the restricted AutoCAD library.

    Hypo,

    RMAT
    Material Library
    Import the material
    Close the library
Modify button ( Upper Right )
Adjust the bitmap ( Lower Right )

    At least in A2K....

So I was looking at the right part.(same in 2004 to)Its just a question of changing the U & V scale and then previewing it until your reach the desired affect. How about rotating the material? If I rotate it say 90 degrees then how what would I need for the U & V setting in the offset?Am I looking at the right faeture to rotate my object?

I did'nt think ACAD would let rorate a bitmap on material. Iwould have to play with it to find the affects of U & V. -David

If you do find a way I'd be greatfull, only other option might be to rotate it in another program like photoshop before making the material available to cad
