We recently updated to AutoCAD 2007 and have noticed an odd, issue. When we are drawing, if you pick a layer, it doesnt matter which, if you use the command line and order up a line. it changes your active layer to 0. But if you use the Line button, it remains where you told it to put it. it seems to only be the line command at the moment, but does any one have any idea what could be causing this?
more detail: typing the command isnt the cause, it is the "l" command. Typing "line" does not change my layer.

thanks for reporting back on this though - you'd be surprised how useful that feedback could be for somebody else![]()
