    What you have is a loft and from what I was reading, you cannot flat pattern a loft

    Here I am attaching the same model created with boundary patch..
    But didn't get flatten surface yet..
    Please check it and give me a solution..

    I will have a look for you, however sheet metal features are not something I have played with(very little) I never use the sheet metal side of Inventor so I may not be the best person to answer, but like I said I will have a look for you.

    Can you not model the part using the sheet metal.itp what way the sheet metal flat pattern will work out the calc easy?

    just apply corner radius, then flat pattern
