Good morning Boys and Girls

I trust this finds you all fine and dandy on what is a sunny day hear in the UK’s second city.

This has got to do with the thread I posted last week http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=16631

I would like to put some sort of security on my email address to help prevent these low life, deceitful pieces of brown stuff from applying there deceitful trade on me and others. At the moment I have copy and past but was wondering if I could use something like CAPTCHA as mentioned by Dave in Skeeps thread http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=14241 I have found the following site but not sure if I can use it and if I can how to use it as I am as short as to thick wood shavings when it come to the black art of computing. So if any one can take a little time out of their very busy day to help me out I would be most grateful.
