Sure there are ways to do this. There are lisp programs that ca work inside AutoCAD to do this or you can print to a .jpg and do it in say PhotoShop or other graphic aplication.
AutoCAD Architectural Desktop has one built in called "Napkin". Here is an example...
There is also a freehand lisp for normal AutoCAD. Search the forums for it, I have posted it before.
You can also use a Photoshop type application to get a similar style.
