List of commands

Does anyone know where I might find a full list of commands with all of the options? I am trying my hand at writing a few macros but am having trouble finding the command aliases and such.

Also, where might I find a good begginers book or guide for LISP and macros?

For a list of the commands, look in Help > Command Reference
For the command aliases, open your .pgp file in Notepad (in LT I think it's ACLT.pgp.
You can find some great lisp tutorials here: http://www.afralisp.net/
Lisp won't work in LT without an add-on though.
