Default Express and Express Icon where File, Edit, View, etc menus

I do not know how it happened but I no longer have my Main Menu bar across the top of the screen. Instead I have the word Express and, I guess, the Express icon. How do I get my Main Menu headings back to the top of the screen?
    TIA, Frank C.

You want to get into PROFILES so you can reload menus etc when this happens. Type OPTIONS then look for profiles tab in there.

Thanks tlyall and Mr. T. I just got back from my AutoCAD class and came to this site and solved the problem after reading the two replies. Before I went to class I tried to find the answer on my own but had no luck.
