Default Filling in a cad drawing?

I am creating a mask for photo lithography and I need to fill in a drawing. How exactly can I do that? Also, I have a lot of structures that will be a pain to fill in by hand, is there a quick way to do it maybe by specifying the inverse and then flipping it? Thank you so much for your help!

What exactly do you mean by fill in? Could you use a solid hatch? What about the FILL command.
