I can do that for you Alan, I do them all the time but it will take a few hours to write the procedure up. Catching up on work at the moment

This is the question:
Is there a quick way of printing many A1 sheets to A3 sheets [beta]
In pagesetup manager, create a new page setup called a3scaled (or something of your own choosing), set the paper size to A3, then put a tick in the box 'fit to paper'
Now, I know nothing about sheet sets and how to do this, so all help explaining how to write this would be greatly appreciated.![]()
Unless you want to do it, Blue.![]()
Tiger just whacked her first FAQ in, gotta go now and check it out.![]()

Thank you very much, Cymro.
I'll leave it with you for the time being. Cheers.![]()

Alan I have drafted a reply I hope it's clear and not too much of an overkill.

Firstly create a template (.dwt) drawing with all the pagesetups you require in paperspace, below is an example
Go to sheetset and create a sheetset you need to publish, below is an example showing a recent contract of ours.
Before publishing the drawings you need to set the template created earlier as a plotting override. To do this rightclick the sheetset name to bring up the sheetset properties dialogue box. click page setup override and select the template drawing.
Select the drawings you require to plot to A3
Publish using the pagesetup override as below

And it does look good.![]()
that's all well and good cymro; but what about us 'normal' people who refuse to use sheet sets ?
Ah well, mate. The question has come up somewhere, so as you know, it had to be answered.![]()

The project I used above has over a 100 A0 drawings.
I just let it run overnight and pick the plots up in the morning. I can also plot smaller groups of drawings in the project if needed.
How do other people batch plot and save that batch in case they require further plots in the future?
