Default nest visibility parameters inside visibility parameters ??

Is there a way to nest visibility parameters inside of visibility parameters? What I mean is that I want to create a weld symbol that has 3 different displayed forms, but each of these also have items that will be turned on and off I guess that the best thing to do is to send a dwg with a sample of the various symbols that I want to create.
You can see that there are three examples of a weld symbol with several variations. My question is can one dynamic block be made that will have visibilty parameters nested within visibility parameters. Does that make any sense? The block below the 12 symbols is my attempt at doing it. It does not work well. Also when I try to put it in a layout window the scaling is screwed up I think that is because I made the flag, the symbol, the tail and also the all arround circle separate entities.

It is impossible to nestle visibility states but you can simulate something like that. But in my opinion it doesn't worth: it claims a huge effort.

The leader question should be simple. Draw a line and use the Stretch action.

Try using look ups along with visibility.
