Disappearing toolbars

I have a user who has toolbars that keep disappearing. We use Autocad2005/SP1. The user creates a profile with all her toolbars in place. As she works the just disappear. If the session of Autocad is restarted, they are all there in place.

Any Ideas as to why this is happening? I've deleted the profile, and she has created a new one. Still does the same thing. I have reinstalled Autocad on this machine as well and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Make sure that the user has read-write access to his user-profile folder in documents and settings and at least read privelages on the program files folder.
In the registry, the user will need read-write access to Hkey_User since that's where the profile settings are stored.
