re: disappearing text in dynamic block

I did make all entities annotative. If you explode it you can see that they are. Now I have redrawn the block (see: (A_DYN_TITLE__BUB.DWG AND A_DYN_TITLE_BUB_4.) )
One is with annotative entities and one is without. Both have been made annotative in the block editor.

When inserted they both behave badly. the icon is missing for selection of visibility state and neither is annotative.I drew them at real time scale the circle is 1/2"(for ref) I want it to be 1/2" in all views.

Did you click on the visibility icon? When I click on it nothing happens.The visibility parameters work fine for me in the block editor,but not on a drawing.
also it is supposed to be annotative. When I insert it into a window that is 3/32"=1'-0" I have to scale it up by a factor or 128 units or 16 units if the window is 3/4"=1'-0" scale. It scales just fine in paperspace.

Might be a problem on your AutoCAD everything is working fine for me.
