Default Flyout Tool Bars with Blocks?

There was an add on program to ACAD called VIA Direct that loaded custom tool bars and blocks for electrical work.
This allowed you to select and insert blocks right from the tool bars. AutoCAD has since bought them and turned this into ACAD Electrical.
I am interested in trying to do something similar in 2008 since we really need electrical but don’t have it.
Any pointers or links would be appreciated.

    Thanks

you could always create Tool Palettes from a network location, and thus these can be easily sharable across almost any kind of network.
