You can't. Bcount is an Express Tool and is not available in LT. Try using QSELECT.

Not sure how this would help if it doesn't break it down like Bcount
any other ideas?
Thanks
Using QSELECT, you will only be able to count one block name at a time, but it's the only way I know of in LT.

You may want to consider purchasing something like this: Toolkit. It will allow you to run lisp routines in LT.

is the FILTER command available in LT ?
other question would be, would FILTER be suitable in any case ?
Life's constantly changing - keep up or get left behind
Qselect and Filter would be much of a much, Blue. With blocks, both are basically the same, but only one blockname at a time, or all blocks of all names all at once.

Both Qselect and Filter do offer wildcard characters for further segregation. For example:
Block Reference – Name – * Wildcard Match – *Door_Int_*
Could be used to isolate all interior doors to generate a BOM for Knob Sets, or :
Block Reference – Name – * Wildcard Match – *Door_Int_3070_L*
To isolate all left-hand swing 3070 doors.
Obviously, a well planned naming structure would get the most out of this method. The method would also lends itself to the Filter Command as each particular filter can be named and saved for later use.
