    Default plotter cleanup

hello all. after a small search i come to you for help.
Is there a way to clean/remove plotter from the list Acad offer you before plotting?
i have many custom plotter and having to scroll between unused one is making me loose time. For example :dwgtoPDF.pc3 or publishtoJPGweb.pc3 are no use for me right now.
So ? any idea how to kick those out of the list? should i only remove the .PC3 in the plotter directory ( when i'll find it ) or its in the option

Go to File>Plotter Manager and select and delete the ones you do not want.

    Hi,

you can also check the "Hide System Printers" option in Options--Plot and Publish.

hi, guys, anybody can give me a clue how to publish a few dwgs to pdfs in one time? I tried, and the plot log files said no errors, but i just couldn't find where all those pdfs were. I am using 2008.
    thanks

    Hi,

if you're using the default DWG to PDF.pc3, it's creating a multipage PDF for you. (only one file created right?). The place for this file can be determined in Publishing Options -- Default Output location. I'm still trying to figure how to get it to print into separate files...

    Good Luck

    Petri

BTW, you should've created a new thread for this...

    Duh,

PUBLISHCOLLATE = 0 --separate files... Why didn't the DWF-setting for separate files affect the PDF's? Silly as the locationparameter was the same...
