    Default Creating TBlock/Creating reference pathway

This might seem like too broad an issue, kind of two-pronged, but here goes. I want to create a Title Block, have a "permanent" xref pathway created so that whatever folder I save-as the block in, any other drawing file in that folder will have that titleblock pop up in the layout tab, already scaled to fit neatly within the printable borders of whatever size paper (11x17) I happen to be using. I say permanent, because at one of the places I worked at, they had it setup like that, you saved-as a typical titleblock in a drawing folder, modified that block in model space to suit the particular drawing set, those modifications were then reflected in every drawing file in that same folder (some attributes like the page# were set up to be modifiable in each individual file's layout space). I am not talking about doing the x-ref thing for each drawing set, this was something that was set up to be automatic, for every drawing set.

In a nutshell, I create 3D models from the client's CAD files or design sketches, which I then use to produce high quality rendered images. Click on the link in my signature to view my portfolio. I'm always looking for work, so let me know if you need any renders. :)

Sounds like an Xref to me.
Not sure how it can be automatic though?
That previous company must have had some kind of special utility to make that possible.

Yeah, and they never showed me exactly how they did it (even though I asked) which was irritating. It must be something that is set up at a higher level to be automatic and universal, but I lack the knowledge and expertise to create macros or scripts for the AutoLISP, or whatever.
