have you tried the various measuring lisps on this site? (check this thread for a couple of them)? I have no idea if it would work, but it might be worth a try.

If I draw a line with several arc's, how do i get a total dimension of that line? Not a total linear measurement, but a total length, including circumference's of the arcs, etc...?

You could join them into one polyline using Pedit..
or download TLEN.lsp
yes, join them (pedit) and then just do a "list" and it will give you the total length
