    Embarrassed Auto Stacking in MTEXT

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

I am running AutoCAD '04 and need to turn autostacking off in a mtext paragraph. I have tried highlighting the dialog box and selecting "properties" but cannot find the stacking control. Is there a key-stroke command that will turn this off and on?

    Default

Turn the autostacking feature off in the AutoStack Properties dialog box

    From Help
NoteTo display the AutoStack Properties dialog box when you have suppressed automatic display, select stacked text, right-click, and click Properties on the shortcut menu. In the Stack Properties dialog box, click AutoStack.

In a nutshell, I create 3D models from the client's CAD files or design sketches, which I then use to produce high quality rendered images. Click on the link in my signature to view my portfolio. I'm always looking for work, so let me know if you need any renders. :)

Well lpseifert, you beat me to it, but since I took the time to create this nice little graphic, I'm going to post it anyway.

Double click on your Mtext paragraph to open up the Mtext editor. Now highlight only the fraction in the paragraph, then right click and select "Stack Properties" from the pop-up menu.

Edit: Not really sure if this option is available in 2004 though?
