Default How to swivel a point in LDT2004

I am missing a command that was in Eagle point. I could swivel the blocks (like point description or point number) around the point associated with so that all the blocks have a certain orientation (let's say horizontal). I don't want to rotate the points, they should stay where they are, just the orientation of the blocks should be changed. Thats' what the command "SWIVEL" used to do in Eagle Point. How can I do it in LDT 2004?
    Thanks

Thank you very much, it worked.
I have the points with point description, point elevation and Number. I downgraded the drawing to the Acad 14, since I'm more comfortable to work with. Now I cannot turn off the description, elevation and Number layers. Those layers actually don't exit any more. They are all in one layer. I just can turn the layer on or off. How can I have all 3 layers in Acad 14?

    Thanks

Not sure really. Is your R14 Land Dev. Desktop or just plain AutoCAD R14? If Land Dev. Desktop you can set the display in the same manner as you did the rotation. If just AutoCAD you may have to explode the points into regular objects. Personally I don't like that idea. Can anyone else answer the question?
