    Default layer selections

    HI,

I need a lisp file that will select an object's layer and switch all the other layers off except the objects that have been selected.

I also need another lisp file that will repeat the last layer works command in reverse. Hence when I have selected the layer and switched off all the other layers the new lisp file will switch back on the previous layers.

    Thanks.

you don't need lisp file. there is single command in autocad to do what u want.
type "layiso" on command line & select objecyt to do the first routine.
type "layon" to do the second routine.

you can access this butoon from layersII tool bar also.
