    Default Toolbars and smiley faces??

    Hello everyone..first timer here. We are currently using AutoCad 2000i with the power pack feature. I have a co-worker that has some trouble with his toolbars. When AutoCad loads up, most of the buttons on his toolbars are the yellow smiley faces? What is causing this and how can it be fixed??
