Default Section Bubble > Call Outs.....??

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

    Hi

I have seen on lots of ACAD drawings with the section ' nodes' .. call outs' etc , call them what you will... where a section number is placed and the drawing number too... in a circle with an arrow showing the direction of the section.

    Where is this tool ??????

Is it in ACad .. or is it a piece of 3rd party code.... and if so is it free ? or where can I get it from ?

    Many Thnx

The call outs are not something that vanilla AutoCAD can produce automatically. Almost certainly, the drawings you have seen are created using a 3rd party add-on.

However, there may well be a free LISP routine somewhere on the web that can help you do that. Try this site http://www.dotsoft.com/freestuff.htm for a start and let us know how you get on.
