    Drawing Dwg Maps

    Hello good Buddies!!!

I wanted to know is there is any way to convert any street map to DWG?
Well the reason is that we always show a vicinity map on our projects but I always need to get from the NET and draw it in CAD. I heard there was a program out there that can help me draw the any map or is there any maps in DWG format?

You know like the Thomas Maps. but in DWG. some one told me that Architects use it to do there maps.

    Thank you,

Our vicinity maps were either taken from city/town supplied maps or straight off USGS quadrangle maps. Do you work just in the Vallejo area? Aren't they the city that just went bankrupt?

USGS quadrangle maps are available online and on CD. That might be one option.
