Default Enhanced Attribute editor gone in ACAD 2008?

I have a .dwt file that contains all of our title blocks. These title blocks are made with attributes and when you double click the title block, the Enhanced Attribute Editor comes up in ACAD 2006, allowing you to fill in the fields.

I was testing this .dwt in ACAD 2008, but when I double clicked, the Enhanced Attribute Editor did not come up.

Did ACAD 2008 phase this out? Is there a setting that I missed in 2008?

In CUI > Double Click Actions > Attribute, change the command to EATTEDIT.

Strangely enough, I do not have Attribute in my Double Click Actions.
