Guest Dr.Syn
to get my @ symbol I have to press " (shift 2), I only get the ' symbol if I press the marked key. It was OK, any ideas what has happened? I checked the windows keyboard language and even tried swopping from English British, to USA. hyposmurf
That problem used to happen when I had my kekbaord set up for USA.It should happen when you are using the english setting. That is weird, where did you reset the language? Tankman
Nice! Its good when its something that simple. Excellent result! I get confused (memory lapse) on my laptop when using alt + keys for symbols. I usually forget to set the number lock key on for symbols for using alt + keys; i.e.: alt+248 = ° (degree), alt+0216 = Ø (diameter), alt+0177 = ± (plus or minus), etc. Gettin' old, 62, I guess.
