    Default Mvsetup-rotating Viewport

    Hi

    I was wanting to Rotate a viewport 90deg so I could fit a drawing on landscape paper but my drawing is more portrait.

    I can use mvsetup to rotate the viewport but this rotates every viewport I add to the drawing. How do I rotate only 1 viewport.

    I have rotated 1 viewport using 2008 (NOT ON 2007LT) and added further viewports using 2007LT but every extra viewport is rotated.

    Please help

    MVSETUP should work....

    Select the viewport that you want to rotate...

    Type MVSETUP -> enter
    A for align-> enter
    R for rotate -> enter
    Then specify your angle

    Default Mvsetup

    Sorry for being so think. It was abit of a rush question at work.

    I have just realised how simple the solution was. I was not selecting the individual viewports first. DOH

    Thanks

    Ok i played a litttle with Autocad regarding your problem and found out the following:
    1) I have the same problem when I use mvsetup and after that set up additonal viewports.
    - Set up all ur viewports first than use mvsetup

    2) Set up the viewport and use mvsetup. Add an additional Viewport and set it back to the original rotation with Dview. After that all additional viewports get inserted with the original rotation.
