Regardless of how you do it your Dimensions still need to be Associative. Even Dimregen only works if the dimensions are
    Associated to something.

I Know That But When You Move Dimension Line For Example It Will Be Nonassociate My Question Is There Any Way To Turn It Associateive Again By Command Line Or If Not By Lisp For Example.

If you move a dimension to a new object it will be associative to that new object. However I think I see your problem now - since you
are xrefing in your object with the dims already in place. No I dont think there is a way to associate a dim. to a xref'd object unless you xref 1st then copy the dim. to that new object.
Maybe with a lisp? like you were suggesting.
I would start a new thread and ask specificaly for a lisp routine
and post the dwg's you had earlier.
    Good Luck!
