Back again

This is how I've done it.

1.) In "FRONT VIEW" I drew a circle (obviously any radius)

2.) Switched to "TOP VIEW"

3.) Drew an Arc to required point (osnap "CENTRE" )

4.) Typed " EXTRUDE" and selected the circle.

5.) Command Line--- selected "PATH"

6.) Clicked on the Arc.

VOILA !!!

I'm well chuffed. Thanks for all the pointers all. The bits of yours I didn't use I will play around with to see what happens.
