Hey
I’m having a problem with saving plotter settings. We use an OCE TDS 400 plotter that we plot to.
The two setting that will not save is the “Landscape” and the CTB file that I selected.
I have to go into the Plotter properties every time and change it form “Portrait” to “Landscape” and change the CTB file. I save this every time and it will not stay.
I have saved to a PC3 file and I have to go into the properties every time and change back!
I plot to 17x24 “C” and 24x36 “D” Arch.
Dose anyone have a solution that will help with this problem!
Dose anyone knows if a script file can be created to set the setting and plot?![]()

try using named pagesetup.
go to page setup select everything the way you want to plot(paper size, ploter name, ctb etc.) than save it giving name & aply to layout. you can also import this named pagesetup form one file to another. so you just have to select page set up & print.

We not only use the OCE TDS400 Plotter, but we have a HP 750 & 500 Design jet that we use. all of are drawings pagesetup, are set to the HP 500 Designjet. That was the first thing I thought of.

you can creat as many named page set up as u wish, so create it for each plotter that way evrytime when you want to print you just selct that relative page setup & print.
I have it set for A3 pdf, A4 pdf, & A3, A4 for my printers as well.
