Here is what I am trying to do. I have a set of data with lat and long coordinates. I need to graph this data, sort it by a date (I used a format in excel to make it all numbers without special characters at all), and then scale the points to a magnitude that is given for each individual points. So the larger the mag the larger the point will be graphed.

I am having a very very tough time doing this, is there someone that can help. I have tried for days on end and decided I needed the help of an expert. Thanks for any help given.
