How to find hatch area

Hi all,

I am extracting all values from autocad to my project.At the time of extracting how to find hatched area and hatching point whether it is circle or arc or some else..if any one know help me..

Well,

if what you want is to know the area of a hatch, you just have to select it and look at the properties bar (type PR) and you will see the area.

I lately have been working with AutoCAD Architecture and all this looks a bit stone age. In AutoCAD Architecture using Spaces, Space tags and Area Schedules all this becomes almost automatic.
