OLE title block ?

I have a drawing with a title block that once I've clicked in properties is telling me its a OLE format made with microsoft photo editor, I always like to include the clients title block in my as installed drawings, the touble is that when I copy and paste this OLE into my drawing it changes from a rectangle to a large square and all the lettering is squashed and elongated up, no matter what I try I can not do anything with it, I'm able to click on it and increase/reduce the size but it will not correct the lettering, while still in the drawing the OLE came in I'm able to increase/reduce the size of it without any distortion but as soon as I copy and move it I'm not,any ideas why i cant do anything with it please ?

In the properties box, make sure "Lock Aspect" has yes selected.
