Some how I can no longer see items that I am moving while I move them. I select Move, I select item and then select basepoint. Items stay put until I select a new base point. I used to be able to see the item move around. Also, I can no longer see dimension lines until I select where their location is. I believe this is a system varible but I cannot remember which one. Any ideas???
TIA

Running any lisp routines which may reset DRAGMODE to 0?
Rob.

Maybe,
It only happens every now and then, not all the time.

I have the same problem with the invisible dimensions –I wrote about (AUTOCAD GENERAL > VISIBILITY PROBLEM, AUTOCAD 2000). The DRAGMOD did not solve my problem, so please let me know if you fix your problem. Perhaps your solution will work for me too.
It's nice to be nice, but sometimes is nicer to be evil!.

I had a similar problem with a layer dimension that was blue but the text/dim style text set to magenta. It dragged but plotted without the text, even on a color printer.
