hey hows it going. i got a problem and its a biggie. i got a duct file. huge(2,000+kb)(so attaching is an issue).

heres the problem. i xrefed the duct drawing(overlay). in ms. i drew my equipment and piping. in the first layout in ps. i dimensioned and text. its a big layout so i need a second layout with match line.

so i did what i normally do. set up ps. to the paper size i need by setting the first layout current.

Problem is when i do mv i cant find my model through pan and zoom. while the model tab is clicked.

i need this printed for tomorro. this is extremely important. please any body who can help please. i can attach the overlay i did if that helps.

Open the file you are xrefing in, while you can see all the information that you expect in MS start the erase command, type All, then type R (remove) and use a window selection to surround the stuff you want to keep, hit enter. Now do a zoom ,extents. Do you see all of your drawing still? If yes, save and close and go back into your other drawing and try again.
