    Default .dwg to .pdf plot problems

    Ok for some reason when I plot to .pdf some of my text is really bold, but the others are fine.....??????

    Check the elevation of your text. It's probably not sitting at Z0.

    ...and if that is not it, check the lineweight settings in your CTB file. Also, is this TTF or SHX, and what PDF driver are you using?

    sorry for the long response time.....but the text elev is at 0, the line weight for all my text is at 1, and last but not least......just the adobe pdf that comes up in the printer options

    I have the same thing with 2005. I haven't found the solution for it, but even though it shows bold letters in the preview or when you open the pdf file, for me it will print out nicely and if I zoom into the pdf document, the difference in boldness goes away.
