lpseifert Posted October 8, 2008 Share Posted October 8, 2008 given: circle1, point Draw new circle tangent to circle1 with required radius Draw a circle w/ radius point @ center of circle 1through point (construction circle) Rotate reference new circle around center of circle1 from intersection of new circle and construction circle to point.
