KevinVDP Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 Hey, I'm new in Auto CAD and I nearly finished my first work... But there are a few lines that need another linetype... How do you change it? :s it's just not working for me... I made a layer state with 2 layers... 1 layer for continuous line types and the 2nd one for a dashed one... But when I change the layer of a line it keeps the same linetype... :s And when I draw a line in the "Dashed Layer" it's still a continuous line :s My layers are not frozen or locked... it's very urgent because i have to print it in 2 hours .... Tiger Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 If the lines are set to Linetyp By Layer (check the properties dialogue box) they are probably dashed. Change the variable LTSCALE around to something that displays the lines dashed. Just type LTSCALE on the command line and then change the number.
