Have a problem for Sheet Set Manager users relating to Callout bubbles

 I am having a little trouble with the callout bubble in the Sheet Set Manager (SSM). I am able to insert the callout into the drawing but the the reference information relating to the sheet view is not shown in the bubble. It just shows the default information.

Explaination of what I have done is:

Inserted fields into the callout bubble by editing the attribute. In the attribute editer I right clicked on the value, selected field, selected Sheetsetplaceholder. I did this with both attributes.

Then I saved the callout as a block and gave it a new name. I tried to purge the old block but it remains even after deleting everything in the drawing. Saved the new edited blocks as a drawing.

In the SSM I right clicked file name, selected properties, Callout Blocks in properties and loaded relevant blocks.

Next selected sheet views, selected a view and loaded the relevant block for that view. Selected the view again, right click, select place callout block, and placed block in relevant drawing. I have ensured that the drawn and view have a number.

I have tried the same procedure by saving the callout bubble as a drawing and this didn’t even insert the callout bubble at all within the drawing.

Using Autocad 2007

After many hours working on the SSM I know I am nearly. It is a great tool to manage drawings and I feel that it will be worth the pain. Therefore if anyone has any suggestions to sorting this issue I would be very thankfull and that’s an understatement.

My problem was that i needed to edit the default of my callout bubble attribute and not as i was doing and editing the value of the attribute. I did this using basic Batman. Thanks all for having a look at the problem.
